The next installment of our cooking class series will take place this Saturday May 22nd @ Noon. Based on feedback from previous classes/students this class will include a visit to the (sometimes intimidating) Asian Market and then (weather permitting) we’ll come back to the restaurant and conduct class on our deck. After class we’ll sit down to a family style lunch and swap war stories and toast to your new found skills.

Grilled Trio Caesar ~ Grilled Hearts of Romaine Rolled in our Fresh Homemade Dressing Wrapped with Sliced Prosciutto and Dusted with Parmigiano Reggiano 8

We hope you too see you as we enjoy an afternoon of learning, cooking, eating, and good ol’ wholesome fun. It should last, we estimate, about 90 minutes and then we’ll sit down to family style luncheon. Class size is limited to 8 students and the price is $60 per person which includes, the 90 minutes of hands-on instruction, the family style lunch afterward (with complimentary wine,) and “goodie” bag of essential Thai/Asian cooking spices and ingredients.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should it occur that you are unable to attend class you may cancel and receive a full refund as long as you do with more than 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice we will charge you a $20 cancel fee and refund the other $40.
