Agreement to these terms
Effective date: October 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of triobyob.com and trio2go.com (together, the "Site"), operated by Velveteen Restaurant Group Inc. DBA Trio BYOB ("we," "us," or "our"), including online ordering and reservations.
By using the Site, placing an order, or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Online orders and payment
- Menu and prices. Menu items, prices, and availability may change without notice. We try to keep the Site accurate, but if an error occurs we may correct it, contact you, or cancel the order.
- Order acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment fails.
- Payment. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Prices exclude applicable taxes, delivery fees, and gratuity unless stated.
- Cancellations. To cancel or change an order, call us as soon as possible at 215.232.8746. Once preparation has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund it.
- Refunds. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Pickup and delivery. Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Food not collected within a reasonable time after the pickup time may be discarded without refund. Orders placed through third-party delivery apps are also subject to that app's terms.
Reservations and BYOB
- Reservations. Please arrive on time. We may release a table held more than 15 minutes past the reservation time. Please let us know if you need to cancel or change a reservation.
- Bring your own bottle. Trio BYOB does not sell alcohol. Guests may bring wine or beer to enjoy with their meal. Guests must be 21 or older to bring or drink alcohol, and we may ask for ID.
- Responsible service. We may decline to open or serve alcohol, or ask a guest to leave, if a guest appears intoxicated or is behaving unsafely.
- Corkage. No corkage fee — bring your own bottle free of charge.
Allergies and food safety
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee any dish is free of allergens or cross-contact.
Please tell us about allergies or dietary needs when ordering. You are responsible for deciding whether a dish is safe for you. Food should be eaten promptly or refrigerated; we are not responsible for food that is stored or reheated improperly after pickup or delivery.
Using the Site
- Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Site. That includes placing fraudulent or prank orders, interfering with the Site's operation, trying to access accounts or data that are not yours, or using the Site for anything unlawful.
- Your information. You agree to give accurate contact, delivery, and payment details.
- Our content. The Site's text, menus, photos, logos, and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
- Third-party services. Online ordering, payments, reservations, and delivery may be provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or websites.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnity. You agree to cover our losses and reasonable legal costs if a claim against us arises from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law, changes, and contact
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site means you accept the update.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
